What I love about travelling is when I get to use my precious time to uncover the hidden gems one country has. Macau, known as Asia’s Las Vegas has established as a unique hybrid of mixed Chinese and Portuguese landmarks that you just have to discover on your own! 1. Ruins of St. Paul’s ⛪️ The Ruins of St. Paul’s serves as Macau’s greatest Catholic Church, which is known as Sam Ba Sing Tzik. It was given the name “ruin” because it has gone through terrible turmoil of being burnt down twice and was caught in a typhoon since 1580. Nonetheless, it has marked its history as one of the biggest Catholic Church in East Asia at that time! The beautiful garden were well taken care of, and from this angle, the church looks like a paradise in heaven. Absolutely stunning, don’t you think? ☺️ Venue: 2 minutes walk from Monte Fort Visitations: Monday- Sunday: 9a.m. - 6p.m. Tuesday: 9a.m. - 2p.m. Entrance: FREEEE for a beautiful historic place 2. Macau Tower 🇲🇴 Just like our Malaysian’s Petronas Twin Towers, the tallest building in Macau is the Macau Tower with 338 metres high. It offers stunning views of the city, an observation deck with luxury restaurants, restful theatres and Skywalk X. It is absolutely every photographer’s dream panoramic view and a shopaholic’s La La Land. If you are as adventurous as I am, give it a go at the World’s 2nd highest bungee jump!
