Here is the ground recipe for 4-6 servings of gnocchi, which is super easy:

- 1kg potatos, boiled, skinless, and mashed - 300g all-purpose flour - 1 egg

How to:

- Mix all ingredients together - Take a handful at a time and make a long "worm" thick as your thumb - Cut it into pieces about the size of your thumb fingernail - When you are done making the gnocchi, put some salted water to boil in a pot - Throw in the gnocchi and take them out a soon as they surface - Ready!
