I wonder sometimes, if anything ever actually gets better. It has to, eventually. Too many people before me have spill too much ink on too many pages, for me to be convinced that it won't.

Me:

Why would people put a book before their own children? How could you look your own flesh and blood in the eyes, and knowingly hurt them? What is loving, about forcibly breaking someone down until they fucking can't anymore, just so you can fit them into the neat little role you've given them.
