An early work by Marcello Gandini at Bertone, the Fiat 125 Executive was presented at the 1967 Turin Auto Show. Though it was a two-door sedan it had a significant impact on the evolution of saloon design, with an expanded window area and a raised boot because Gandini felt it wasn't necessary for the waistline to go from the nose of a car through to the tail.
