Oh man I'm thinking about Trinkets now. I was frightened off such risks by the Monkey's Paw, but I could see someone like me, unable to see fae outside EU or make lights appear at the end of sticks, nonetheless binding "Magic" to a marble, a gemstone, a medallion or a titanium belly piercing. They feel sick but imagine its not as bad. They've seen what magic can be, they barely have it. Then they "lose" it & find they cant write, sing, pray, dance--or eat. And they cant say why. Why dont you close your ask so requests CANT come in?
I do, and people will then start submitting the requests to the submit box instead. For example, my ask box is currently closed and has been since Monday and I still received multiple requests today.
I also just don’t think it’s fair that I have to make it so people can’t even ask questions because some people refuse to follow directions. When requests are closed I have it listed in my bio as well as in the link to the ask box itself.

making text posts generally triggers porn bots to unfollow for whatever reason
that could also be actual followers leaving but in my experience it’s been pornbots
