PT is sat down, writing something on a sheet of paper with a quill in one hand and clutching onto a part of their necklace with the other. They sniffle or let out a small cough occasionally, then blow their nose after grabbing a tissue from a nearby box. From the view, you can’t see what came out but the tissue quickly ends up in the can next to them.
Eventually, PT finishes wring the note. They make sure the ink is dry, then carefully fold the paper before putting it in a dark red envelope. They grab a few things, they warm up a small metal cup of something, then pour it onto the back of the envelope. They quickly grab a metal item, and press it down on the way… giving it a wax seal with the design mimicking their portal. They take the envelope, and head for the door… where on the other side sits a portal…
They take a moment, giving a shaky inhail…
The next time the camera is on, PT is walking up to a familiar door. One that they sat at a few months ago… waiting…
PT now walks up, head held proud with the envelope in one hand and a fresh bouquet of red roses in the other. They carefully approach, the boards of the porch creaking under their weight, and they only stop upon reaching the door.
Their grip tightens on the bouquet, hands shaking before taking a deep breath in… then slowly letting it out. PT reaches the hand holding the envelope, and carefully knocks. They only allow 5 to 10 seconds to pass before crouching down, sliding the envelope under the door, and using a small portal to teleport the flowers to fall gently into the envelope before standing back up.
PT now waits a few more seconds, hands still shaking, before turning around and walking away. You hear them sniffle and reach a hand up to wipe their cheeks… Their pace speeds up as they quickly open up a portal at the edge of the forest and walk in, refusing to look back. You hear them whisper something quick before they vanish.
“I need to get ready for a date with the only one putting in any effort right now…
*sniffle* He’s my only priority right now now and not xem, so quit crying.”
