In the distant past, when the chaos of iron and flame still reigned, five cookies were baked by the witches. Radiant beings graced with wisdom and power parallel to their own,the five were destined to reshape the tempestuous world and usher in an new era of peace, prosperity, and enlightenment for all.

Alas, great power always begets corruption.

One by one, their will crumbled under the weight of their own strength.

Once promised saviors, the five became twisted apostles of evil, and brought forth darkness and devastation. The witches could not bear to watch the calamity that had befallen the precious land of their creation, and so the witches and the five began a war so destructive that remnants of it’s jam-shed were still evident in the lands.

the witches took a large portion of the beast’s power, sealing them and their forces in the remote continent of Crispia, with the vestiges of power left behind, the witches then decided to create 5 more, heroes formed from the purest of dough and the half that the witches did manage to take from the beasts, it was purified in an enchanted sea and bathed in starlight, blessed by the winds, given the ferocity of flames, and merged together by nature and frost, thus creating 5 heroes, Truth, Resolution, Abundance, Passion, and Freedom.

Beast Yeast story 1: Citadel of Aimlessness and Resolution

Atop the snowy mountains in the far reaches of the licorice sea, hidden in an eternal blizzard is the black citadel, whose walls stand high, towering over endless birch forests. (There is a beast in there, its cries can still be heard, even after several thousand years)

The citadel stood against the flow of time, its walls served as protection (a cage) from the Licorice sea, seeming to be in good condition thanks to dutiful watchers who patrol the expanse of the great Choco wall, led by a cookie known as the first watcher.

Such a duty comes at a great cost, watchers who stray too far away from the great wall start morphing into monsters, cookies lose their minds slowly if close enough to the citadel, cookies who showcase the signs are thrown over the wall, forced wander aimlessly near the great wall as they slowly become a part of the licorice sea.

(some say, that the cookies on the other side are still alive, begging to be let through the wall, or begging others to join them.)

Do you wish for your troubles to be washed away? To lose all inhibitions and be truly free?

Well, come one come all! Drown your sorrows in sweet berry juice and a never ending party! The land of the Berry eaters welcomes you to a never ending frenzy of joy and madness!

Is their Queen truly a beast? (Yes.) Nay! Nay! Nay! She is but an ever gracious host of an exquisite, unending banquet! All who steps foot into her castle walls will never want to leave! (Or rather, forget ever wanting to leave, the smell of sweet berries blurs your mind, you won't want to leave, and even if you tried...)

Outside the Hollyberry kingdom walls is a treacherous forest filled to the brim with beasts and incomprehensible monsters! (It's safer out there, why are you even here to begin with?) You wouldn't want to risk your pretty little head would you? (There's much more terrifying beasts inside the palace- don't go insi--) Come into the castle and join the hollyberrians in their joyous frenzy!! (And, ignore the heads on the stake outside, they tried to run away! Why would they, you ask? The queen mother doesn't know either!)

(should you ever find yourself here, please, for the love of all that is good, don't give in to the smell of berries. Those walls are there for a reason, don't give in!!)
