Do you know your modus operandi? 

Having never taken a psychology course nor been involved in a criminal profiling, I cannot define my "method of operating" in certain contexts. 

People tend to define the success or failure of a project based solely on the final product. Like on multiple choice tests: the route you took to arrive at the correct answer is irrelevant as long as you actually arrive at the correct answer.

Blogs just feel different. 

There is something more liquid and fluid about a blog than any other communication medium. You can observe a blogger's intellectual evolution through each and every post. Just like books are portraits of an author's intellect in the context of a certain time and a certain age, blogs are the sketchbooks in which you can see their ideas coalesce into the masterpieces of their future.

It is my hope to not work towards one concrete goal of writing a "blog", but instead to 1. steady my hand against the perpetual motion machine that is the human psyche, 2. nurture the baby birthed of my creativity and boredom, and 3. to understand my modus operandi in the context of my humanity.
