These Creamy Crab Rangoon Wraps are a delightful fusion of creamy, crunchy, and crabby flavors. The creamy mixture of cream cheese and crab meat is wrapped in a crispy wonton wrapper, creating a delicious appetizer or snack that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup crab meat, canned or fresh. 2 green onions, finely chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper. 1 package of wonton wrappers. Vegetable oil for frying. Sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
Instructions: Softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Blend everything together. A wonton wrapper should be spread out on a clean surface. Put some of the crab mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, and then fold it in half to make a triangle. Make sure there are no air pockets and press the edges together to seal. In a deep pot or pan, heat the vegetable oil to 350F 175C. While being careful, add the crab rangoon wraps and fry for two to three minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Hot, with sweet and sour sauce on the side to dip.
