USERDRAMAS EVENT 08: HEAT

For our next event, make any type of visual content (gifs, edits, fmvs, fanart, etc.) of Asian media inspired by HEAT. You can interpret this in any way: for instance, something related to summer, characters or celebrities you find hot, ships with blazing chemistry, or even colour palette sets inspired by flames! This event will run from July 1 to July 28.

hoii everyone! welcome to paletmblr’s eighth event. after taking a poll, the february event theme was decided to be surrounding scenery. your creations can be based on different sceneries you like from film, tv, anime, music videos etc. this event will run through entirety of februrary. the only requirement is your creations should be pale/pastel!! hope you participate!

The main auditorium in the community center had filled up fast. Cece had arrived early to claim her spot, them spent some time flitting around town for some last minute necessities and to see if any friends needed help. After assisting with welcoming the stragglers and setting up the first aid corner, Cece escaped to the hallway for a much-needed breather. Situations like these weren’t foreign to her - everybody who had grown up in Olympus, in the southeast in general, had likely experienced a storm like this before - but that didn’t make it any less tiring. She pulled her wallet from her pocket and headed around the corner to the vending machines, craving a soda instead of all of the water that was being handed out. “Nobody’s hanging off your limbs?” she remarked with a smile when she caught sight of Andy. “How’d you manage that?”

he knew what the tattoo meant, the skull with the snake wrapped around it. it was supposed to be a right of passage, reserved for those who were higher ups within the gang, and somehow, he’d managed to fake his way to the top, enough that alecto carrow had wanted him to get the dark mark next. it was everything he didn’t want. hearing someone else come into the room, sirius quickly tugged his sleeve back down, covering the empty canvas of skin on his inner forearm. “moony,” he exhaled, relieved that it was remus and no one else. he still wasn’t sure who he could actually trust within this group - including marlene and remus, and that made things tougher. “you just coming back from a job or what?” he asked, before moving to grab one of the bottles from the shelf. “want a drink?” / @rainbowmuses​

sirius realized it was a dangerous task to try and destroy the death eaters from the inside - all his life, he’d known the name as something that was renowned by his parents. something that they’d want both him and regulus to fall into eventually - and while it was the exact opposite of what he wanted, he knew he needed to protect regulus from having to go through with any of this. even if it meant lying to just about everyone he knew, even james. “the hell are you doing here, james?” he hissed, knowing well enough that this was widely regarded as death eater territory, reaching forwards and grabbing the other’s forearm, trying to drag him out of the line of sight for any intruding death eaters. “you need to leave, and you need to not come back. got it?” / @graveycrds​

sirius still wasn’t sure when it had happened, the feeling of getting in over his head. it was part of the job, going undercover to a point where he’d completely assimilated into the gang. and while his intentions had been good at first, he’d done horrible things that left him questioning it. bringing the bottle to his mouth and taking another long drink from it, he wrinkled his nose at the taste. “stuff’s not even that good,” he muttered thickly, even though he’d downed enough of it already to feel that drunken unsteadiness. if he managed to make it out of this job alive, he wondered if it’d even be worth it. when he looking up and saw marlene, sirius grinned “hope it’s okay i told all the other customers you were closing up for the night. couldn’t stand to listen to all those rich pricks talk about how great their lives are,” he added, still holding onto the bottle. / @mcrcki​
