In your sahdora ship, who cooks mostly shadow or aurora, like who has better skills or the worst skills at it?
I would say Aurora has better cooking skills. I headcanon that Shadow has spent most of his life focusing on meeting basic needs and not really focused on enjoying things, so his diet mostly centered around making sure he was taking in the right amount of protein, iron, vitamins, etc.
A key part of his relationship with Aurora is learning how to enjoy life more fully, and that includes eating certain foods because they're flavorful and delicious, not just because it checks off your dietary requirements.
Does Aurora have to deal with any villains, or does team Sonic live in (mostly) peaceful times?
My AU is mostly peaceful, but there are evildoers here and there that require a beat-down from the newer generation of heroes. I just don't prefer to focus on that for my own writing.

Does Sage consider Eggman’s creations like Metal, Orbot & Cubot her siblings? Is she close with any of them or does she only have that kind of closeness with Aurora?
Yes she definitely does! Even in Frontiers, she refers to them as her brothers, and in my own comics I have her call them her brothers. I'm looking forward to seeing how Sage interacts with all of them in the games/IDW comics to further expand on these relationships, but so far in my writings she cares about her siblings.
She views Orbot and Cubot as quirky, loveable goofballs. They're not nearly on her level intellectually, but the three find other ways to bond. In my AU, Metal ends up sort of estranged from the rest of the Robotnik family for awhile because he needs to find out who he is/wants to be without Eggman's influence, but she's supportive of Metal's journey.

Not to get too lewd or graphic, but is CC... anatomically correct? It's just that I remember one of your earlier comics where CC coyly hinted to Tails to come into the bedroom, so I was just wondering.
Yes, her later builds are. She didn't start out that way but that was one of the steps she took in her transition to becoming Organic.
