ok! there were obviously enough haha. we need at least a 100 people to signup in order to open a polling place (which doesn't work in israel, since my family was probably the only serbian fam during elections loll) and re: mailing ur vote - it works in at least germany and portugal bc that's how my friends voted, since they don't live there

okay yeah that makes sense altho if there’s already an embassy/consulate in the country i don’t see why it would be so difficult for them to open a polling place
