We were already making plans for supervised visitation and they went behind our backs
I’m still in contact with Scarlett and Ive been doing my best to keep her calm and advise her since she doesn’t seem to realize how serious the situation is yet

Which of your children worries you the most?
At the current moment definitely Evan but they all have their moments
But worry is a part of love so that’s just part of being a parent
As Artem examines Evans book they see they were correct to not immediately start tearing pages out and breaking spells.
The protections on the spells are there-when Artem revealed them they appeared as embroidery along the edges of the spells- though admittedly they seem to already be unraveling a bit, maybe She can’t maintain them at this distance?
Doesn’t matter, the first step then in undoing the spells is undoing those protections. They have some of their needles and their iron scissors ready.
With the same needles they used to weave protections into their home, they loosen someone else’s protections. Slowly loosening the thread, pulling it out bit by bit until the only thing tethering it is the anchor stitch. That’s when they bring the scissors in to make the final cut. They carefully angle the scissors so one of the blades is between the stitch and the page.
As the thread snaps, Artem feels a wave of dizziness hit them as they break the first of the protections. They may need to make themselves some tea before they continue, after all they still have a lot of work before they can finally start freeing their son

That’s. A lot of people… people that would be affected probably forever by their mistake….
They steal themselves. No matter how much they want to run away from this, it was their kids out there. It was their friends, and Beaus friends… the people out there were people they talked to, that they cooked for.
They can’t run away from that, from them.
