Hey there 🌸! Always good to hear from you! My weekend... I forget. What did I do?? 

Oh, I just looked in my calendar, thank god for calendars. On Saturday I went to my gf Bear’s graduation party!! They have a masters in psychology now, so that’s really cool!! They wrote their thesis on the stigmatization of schizophrenia.. I brought my other gf and their husband to the party, and  it was kinda awkward bc half of Bear’s family know that we’re also dating, but the other half just knows them as my housemates. 

On Sunday we went to puppy training as per usual. It went really well! The puppy is so smart and a quick learner. We still struggle with dealing with her barking, but other than that she’s great. (And dogs bark - I don’t blame her. It’s just uncomfrotable bc there’s been a few instances where people who walked by yelled things like “euthanize that damned dog!” etc, which makes me very very very anxious)

I’m so sorry your neck has been acting up, and that it’s been playing into your delusions :c It’s so hard when physical symptoms seem to confirm our beliefs. It’s really good that you still recognize that these are delusions, try to hold unto that.
