TR4: The library and the mystery of P I O
On Tomb Raider Forums there was a question why is there a PIO mark on the walls in TR4 in the Library level in Alexandria?
Given answers:
It could be values of numbers in the Greek Alphabet.
In Modern Greek, the verb "Pino" (Πίνω) and the Future "Tha pio" (Θα πιώ ΘΑ ΠΙΩ) means "Drink " and its future. (Credit by Talos Munera)

I think it would fit. I recognize the last word "EYXAPICTHPION" [Eucharisterion] which reminds me of Eucharisto [Thank you].
The foot reminds me of Monty python's Flying Circus.
