why? periods are Awful and some people really cannot deal with them.

yeah i fully understand that and i get sometimes they're so bad to the point where it's really hard to get anything done in the day but i just get really mad when i hear someone moaning about their period and saying that it's an excuse -- and a good one? -- for them being extraordinarily mean or moody, because it just gives people more fuel for saying that women are irrational and incapable on their periods when that is not the case. i'm just so used to it being used and to having people treat me like glass when they suspect i'm on my period and saying things like "are you sure you're rational enough to do that r/n?" when dude what the hell yes i am perfectly sure being on my period does not hinder my ability to be sure in the slightest thank you and it's mainly because they're so used to girls around here saying and being told that their periods are the reason they're acting like whatever.
