1º) ESTUDE NO MESMO DIA QUE APRENDEU As aulas do dia devem ser estudadas no mesmo dia, antes que passe uma noite de sono porque ao dormir nosso cérebro salva as novas informações que estamos recebendo para que depois a gente lembre melhor. 2º) ESTUDE ANTES DAS PROVAS Sempre que possível estude um tempo antes das provas e não perca a explicação e nem  as anotações em lousa do professor. 3º) CRIE O HÁBITO DE ESTUDAR Você precisa ter uma rotina de estudos. 4º) NÃO ATRAPALHE O SEU MOMENTO DE ESTUDOS Em hipótese alguma atrapalhe o seu momento de estudos. Se pra você não funciona escutar música enquanto estuda, não escute. Não é porque dá certo para alguns que pra você também precisa dar certo também. 5º) DESLIGUE O CELULAR Desligue o seu celular enquanto você estiver estudando, por mais que existam aplicativos que travem certos apps, a gente sempre fica tentado a mexer no celular. 6º) ARRUME O SEU LUGAR DE ESTUDOS Antes de começar a estudar de fato, separe todos os materiais que você vai usar e deixe sua mesa/escrivaninha o mais "vazia" possível, assim você tem espaço para por somente os materiais que realmente vai usar enquanto estiver estudando. 7º) DESCUBRA O SEU TIPO DE ESTUDANTE Descubra o seu tipo de estudante e invista em técnicas que realmente vão fazer com que seu estudo seja de qualidade. Se você está  no colégio, ou estudando para o vestibular, você pode baixar listas de exercícios da matéria que você está estudando. Agora, se vocês estiver na faculdade veja se seu livro tem exercícios, caso não tenha, procure por provas de concurso, ou então ao estudar identifique o que seu professor perguntaria para uma prova e então responda. 9º) REVISE Revisar os conteúdos já estudados é tão importante quanto praticar. Então, crie uma rotina de estudos que te possibilite revisar conteúdos antigos. 10º) SEJA SINCERO COM VOCÊ MESMO Se você não tinha uma rotina de estudos mas está querendo começar, vá com calma, exercitar o cérebro é um exercício como qualquer outro. Então vá com calma. E se você deixar de estudar algum dia e se sentir mal por isso, por favor não se sinta, somos humanos, o que não pode é você simplesmente procrastinar sem fim.

1º) STUDY ON THE SAME DAY YOU LEARNED The classes of the day must be studied at the same day you take them, before a night's sleep, because during our sleep our brain saves the new information we're taking in for better later recall. 2º) STUDY BEFORE YOUR TESTS Whenever possible study before the test and don’t lose your teacher explanations or blackboard notes. 3º) MAKE STUDYING BECOME A HABIT You need a study routine. 4º) DON’T DISTURB YOUR STUDY MOMENT Under no circumstances disturb your studies. If for you study with music doesn’t work, don’t listen. Just because something works for some doesn’t mean the same thing is gonna work with you. 5º) TURN OFF YOUR PHONE Turn off your phone while studying, even there is apps for blocking some apps, we will try to use our phone. 6º) ORGANIZE YOUR STUDY PLACE Before really starting studying, clean your desk, and organize your materials. Leave on the desk only the things you’re going to use, so, the desk will be clean and you’ll have space for the materials you’ll use while studying. 7º) FIND OUT YOUR STUDENT TYPE Find out your student type and invest on study techniques for your student type. This will make your studies more productive. If you are on school/high-school, download exercises lists and do them! 9º) REVIEW Reviewing is important as practicing. So, create a study routine whose possibilite you to review old subjects. 10º) BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF If you dind’t have a study routine but you want to start one, take it easy, exercise the brain it’s a exercise like the others. So, take it easy. If you don’t study one day and feel bad about that, please don’t feel, we’re humans, the only thing you need to avoid is procrastinate without a end.
