This video is based on the theory from the discord server that Estaban's parents were investigating about Shuriki since their ship sank in the northern sea and Shuriki came from the Northern Isles. If you remember who it is from originally, please tell me.

PLOT:

Esteban remembers the night his parents died ever since his grandparents and Isa left for Navidad two years after Shuriki was defeated. Margarita Flores was the sister of Elena's mother Queen Lucia and married to the fencer Antonio Ramirez, who has taught his sister-in-law so much that she was winning tournaments.

One day the couple got news that the sorceress Shuriki was planning to attack the palace. Margarita was worried about her siter and their family and they planned to stop Shuriki themselves before telling the King and Queen to not worry them. Esteban overheard the conversation and begged them not to go, but Margarita and Antonio were confident that they could beat one maniacal sorceress together.

So they set sail, unaware that Shuriki had been listening in on the conversation and already sent an assassin on their ship. Antonio and the Assassin fight and when he cannot be beaten, Shuriki sends a sudden storm to sink the ship, killing everyone aboard.

Esteban comes to live with his grandparents, never telling them of his parent's secret mission. But when Shuriki attacks Avalor's allies years later, he tries to warn his uncle, again to no avail. Frustrated and angry that nobody listens to him, Esteban helps Shuriki to get a position of power, believing Shurki's lies that she will not hurt his family.

With Raul and Lucia dead, Elena missing and Francisco, Luisa and Isabel trapped in a magical painting, Esteban guiltily stays as Shuriki's chancellor for the next 41 years, trying to protect the citicens from Shuriki's madness. Then Elena returns, frees the kingdom and Esteban is happy with his family until  his secret pact is revealed.

PLOT:

Chloe realizese that Gabe is in love with Naomi and not with her and wants to make him happy, reminding Gabe to see the Norberg Lights with someone special. This spurts Gabe's memory of Naomi singing by the harbor, dreaming of rising from her humble roots, just like him.

Then Naomi's mother wants to move back to Norberg and Gabe tries to convince Scarlet to let the Turners stay. Upon their departure Naomi realizes how much Gabe means to her, which does not go unnoticed by her parents Scarlet and Daniel. Scarlet tells her daughter to follow her heart and openly supports the relationship.

When Naomi returns from her journes, she finally admits her feelings to Gabe, who returns the sentiment wholeheartedly and they share a kiss in the Council Chamber.

At Elena's Coronation Party, Elena appoints Naomi the new Chancellor and after a reassuring look to Gabe she accepts. Gabe quickly asks the new Chancellor to dance. Daniel tells Gabe's mother Blanca how much he likes her son. Even Roberto can be won over by Scarlet's praise and begrudgingly realizes that although both Gabe and Naomi have high position now, they are not going to forget their family legacy.
