Corn sack! Or a rice sack! Google how to make one and you just have to microwave it (it will also double as a cold compress when freezed)
I do have a fleece rice sack they had available during finals week a couple years ago, but theres so little rice for the sack and it doesnt stay warm as long as I'd like. I might look into making a different one though!

it's hard for me though haha ;n; i dont know why and i can't explain it. i kind of like freeze up and like forget everything i want to talk about or could possibly talk about. i dont know why it's so hard for me to talk like even with good friends it's sometimes really hard for be to try talking to them ;;;; and it sort of makes me seem intimidating or not interested but that's not true at all, you know *sobs into hands*
