Day 4 morning: I’m still waking up with pretty oily skin, my eyes feel super hydrated still. My lips are almost always dry so there’s nothing new about them. My scars have gotten lighter already and I haven’t broken out yet. I’m waiting for the purge to come.
I’ve switched to a simple skin care routine to prepare for the worst that is yet to come. I wash my face with just water in the mornings. I have a simple Cetaphil moisturizer that I may switch to CeraVe once it gets more dry. I use Vanicream facial cleanser at night which feels really nice and gentle on the skin. It doesn’t dry my skin out or make my skin feel tight. I have yet to go outside but since my skin is more prone to burning now I’ve left my Aveeno baby mineral sunscreen SPF 50 out for consistent use now. I currently drink a bottle and a half of water a day. And I make sure I put oil in my hair so that I can minimize the amount of hair that I lose during this journey.
P sure this stuff is making me SUPER SWEATY. I've done full on musicals in 40° weather before and I never sweat this much. Especially my face and the back of my neck gets really sweaty when I'm like any hotter than usual
Week 19: LOOK AT THIS FACE! I'm so happy with the results. It's totally worth the wait!!!

A couple days late oops Week 7: meh
Week 5: Besides my cheeks looking a little swollen (wisdom teeth) things look slightly better... But also worse. Idk my dermatologist upped my dosage so it'll probably just get worse from here. The dryness is definitely manable rn at least. I got me some killer lip balm that is SAVING MY LIFE
Week 4: Definitely worse this week. My whole left cheek is v upset wowza. I’m also slightly dryer (my dosage got upped so once I start taking those Imma die) Anyway, another thing I noticed is my nose and forehead are SOOOO smooth. It’s insane. My nose has always been a bumpy mess of blackheads but wow it’s like petting a dolphin.
