Epsom salts
As previously mentioned I use mostly not medicated products to help with my fibromyalgia. I have found that these two brands of Epsom salts are a god send. I absolutely love them especially on my worse days. These pared with a muscle soak can bring my pain down from a 9 to a 5/6 wich doesn’t seem like much but it’s a lot for me ! Let me know if you have tried them
Have you got the guts and hardcore to do what do knowing thwre is a chance you will have a sleepless night due to extreme discomfort caused by Osteoarthritis in your knees. But also aching all over your body maybe partly because you did not stretch properly. I do mobility exercises every day but Calisthenics and Parkour require different stretching. With yesterday getting my tax return out and afternoon duties looking after my 94 year old Mother there was no time. These three exercises are just a sample of what I did last night. I spent the other part showing a young lady #wren some of tge challenges I perform she tried to emulate and did well. We were @dan_edwardes new parkour and calisthenics launch party. I didn’t get to sleep till 3.30am and I’m lying in #epsomsaltbath at 6.30am. Have to be in Pirtobello Road AntiMatket by 8am an hour from where I live.
