This is litterally how Iâve felt for the past week đđť I ran out of medication because my online prescription service has been restricting how many times we can order medication within a certain amount of time because they are worried people are stockpiling and selling it during the pandemic. Hopefully my meds show up today so I can start feeling human again

where i live many disabled toilets have started to display not just a person in a wheelchair but a person that isnât showing any physical signs of disability. this has helped a lot because now i donât get dirty looks coming out of the disabled stall ! iâm so grateful that the world is slowly but surely taking steps towards becoming more inclusive.
what brings you light in the darkness.
what brings happiness on your darkest days? For me its my two little guinea pigs by the names of Milo and Nibbles. My parents got them for me a few weeks after my diagnosis to cheer me up. They have brought me nothing but joy and my parents even jokingly call them my âtherapiggiesâ.Â
Disabled people who can walk short distances should not have to fear parking in a disabled space and walking into a store.Â
 Disabled people in wheelchairs should not have to fear moving their legs or briefly standing up.Â
 Disabled people should not have to fear using a cane on their bad days.
Disabled people shouldnât have to feel weary about having too much fun and being seen enjoying themselves.
 Disabled people shouldnât have to live in fear of getting attacked, getting called a fake and even getting reported for benefit fraud just because they donât fit the ableist profile of what you think a disabled person looks like and acts like.
Disabled people deserve to be able to safely leave the house and live our lives without fear and judgment.

As previously mentioned I use mostly not medicated products to help with my fibromyalgia. I have found that these two brands of Epsom salts are a god send. I absolutely love them especially on my worse days. These pared with a muscle soak can bring my pain down from a 9 to a 5/6 wich doesnât seem like much but itâs a lot for me ! Let me know if you have tried them
Living with Fibromyalgia as a Teen
Hi, Iâm Carly and Iâm 17. i have struggled with chronic pain for as long as i can remember but i always thought it was normal. it wasnât until i was sat on the train with my best friend and she told me she was worried about me that i realised that it wasnât normal. after months of testing in September of 2019 i was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. suddenly everything i experienced on a daily basis made sense. My family have been nothing but supportive, of course they do not understand but that is not a fault as i myself am still trying to understand this complicated condition. Since my diagnosis i have gotten worse, i now use crutches on a daily basis to help me walk but i do not see this as a permanent thing. i am taking every day as it comes and slowly rebuilding my strength in my legs so i will be able to walk unaided again. Because i am only 17 my doctors are weary about giving me prescription pain killers so i have to find my way around this by using a more natural approach. this by no means is a bad thing and i do not fault my doctors. i am so grateful that i have some amazing doctors that have been working with me to help me as much as they can.Â
my blog is going to be about the things i go through, the good and the bad, to give insight into the life of a fibro sufferer. ill be sharing my tips that help me on a daily basis and hopefully will provide support for others.
