ok this all feels a bit out of nowhere to me but not even unfounded based on what we know about jane and what she was set up to become but like just separate from how those circumstances were set up...

i mean a case for her being xenophobic can totally be made because even if she was facing a genuine threat before she might struggle to adjust/adapt to the Paradise Planet without significant biases shining thru and i dont think she even really got the chance to talk to or hang out with trolls like most of the others did at one point or another. but she did like...have her trollsona moment with jade and calliope..am i supposed to reinterpret that as Trollface on her part TT_TT

i guess im having a hard time seeing jane, disconnected from batterwitch influence, as a fascist, with fascist plans, as opposed to like...at worst an annoying republican friend who describes herself as "fiscally conservative". but then i guess those roads tend to lead to the same destination anyway. like would it be that all the brainwashing just kinda Worked even if they werent literally puppeteering her around via tiaratop anymore
