Here Kaka describes Raas (dance)of the Divine Mother in all her different forms. Clink, clink, clink the melody I hear of anklets of Mother Divine. All the different forms of Mother divine come together to play raas. Bahuchari Amba was encircling Maa Kali, who was dancing in the center. Alongside was Krishna playing his flute, and with him came Maa Radha too. Brahma played the tambourine and came along Brahmani. Vishnu blew his conch and its sound echoed in the universe.
