your bf!Jake gets a call at 3:30 AM waking him from his sleep, to hear your friend begging him to pick up his wasted gf

It was your night out with your friends, it was your closest friend’s ‘ birthday get together ’ so you had to go. “What time will you get home?” Jake asked while you were in his apartment getting ready “mmh not sure maybe around 1, but i won’t come home too late don’t worry” you heard Jake hum as he was on his phone “Just call me if something happens okay” he said as you nodded “i will dont worry, dont stay up either” you said reassuring him

you left to meet up with your friends while jake stayed alone in his empty apartment, he was okay with you going out but he also knew that with certain friends you tend to drink more than usual, but he trusted you. You were taking shot after shot, yelling and dancing along with your friends, before you knew it,,it was 3:30AM and you were wasted mumbling to yourself and stumbling over, “We should go” your friend said gathering everyone up as they all agreed, almost everyone was drunk aside from the two responsible friends in the group, you all waiting outside for a cab, as you sat on the bench “wheres jake” you mumbled with your head hanging low, and your hair all over your face “ he’s probably at home sleeing y/n” your friend said. you began to tear up “i want jake to come” you said half crying “im not leaving till he comes” you said hiccuping, “i miss my boyfriend” you said as your drunk friend sat next to you “i want a boyfriend” they cried along with you, both of you crying, sobbing getting looks from people walking by as your friends look away embarrassed. “guys come on lets go” your sober friend said pulling your arm “nooo~ im not leaving until i see my jake” you said hiccuping again.

Jake fell asleep watching tv waiting up for you, he tried his best to stay awake but sleep got to him. He was woken up by his phone ringing as he rubbed his eyes trying to see who it was, your name appeared with a little heart. he quickly picked up “hello?” he said waiting to hear your voice “hey jake it’s y/f/n, i hope i didn’t wake you up” they said as Jake heard you yelling in the background “no its alright whats up, is y/n okay?” he said concerned “well we were all heading home, but y/n doesn’t wanna go home alone in a cab, they keeps calling out for you and well you were our last option” the friend said. Jake got the address and quickly put on his shoes to go find you leaving his apartment with his sweats and hoodie, you and your friends weren’t so far from where he lived. After walking out in his pjs for fifteen minutes he finally spotted your friend group “Oh you made it !” the friend said greeting Jake as he spotted you on the bench looking like a mess “i can take it from here, thank you guys” Jake said as everyone said goodbye walking past him. He made his way over to you kneeling in front of you moving your hair out of the way so he can see your face, your mascara is smudge,your nose and cheeks are red and your eyes are swollen from crying. Jake begins to laugh to himself seeing you like this causing you to look up and see him, your eyes lit up seeing him “jake!” you said reaching out to him pulling him in for a hug “i missed you” you mumbled, “how much did you drink tonight?” he said staring back at you as he stood up and you let your forehead rest on his chest “mmmh i dont remember” you said trying hard to think “Lets go home babe” He said as his back faced you telling you to jump on, giving you a piggy back your arms wrapped around his neck as you nuzzling your face in his neck inhaling his scent, “you always smell so good” you said smiling into his neck causing him to blush to himself. Everytime you’re drunk you always end up making him blush at the littlest things. The stroll continued as you wiggled your legs back and forth.

jake put you down as you arrived into his apartment, opening the door he helped your stumbling self go in “whats to eat?” you said taking off your shoes “eat ?? didn’t you eat already with your friends” Jake said chuckling “yeah… but im hungry again” You said “okay, ramen?” he said as you walk in front of him dropping yourself on the couch, “oo that sounds good ! yes” you say into the pillow. Jake starts to get it ready, eventually he’s putting the pot on the table calling you over as you were half asleep, you quickly jump up and go to the table taking a seat in front of jake. “it smells so good !” you said digging in resting your head on one had as you ate with your eyes half closed, jake laughed at the sight of you “babe if you’re done lets get to bed” He said wiping the corners of your mouth, as you nodd “get cleaned up and i’ll pick up the dishes” jake said as you get up and head to the bathroom

there was a knock on the bathroom door “babe are you okay?” Jake said concerned since you were taken a while “yeah one second” you said the. opening the door “all clean” you said facing him as he kissed your forehead, “lets get to bed” jake said pulling you by your arm gently. You crawl into bed as he goes in after you, he pulls you in closer as you’re resting your head on his chest. “next time try not to drink so much, what if i didn’t hear my phone” Jake said playing with your hair, “i wasn’t keeping track with how much i drank” you said “im just glad you’re here now” he said resting his head on yours “should we do something tomorrow” you said wanting to spend the day with your boyfriend “i would love to, me and you” he said as you were drifting off to sleep “i love you” you mumbled as he kissed your head and whisper back “i love you”, you closed your eyes inhaling his scent falling asleep.
