Engacho! (NAC Humanistic Development, 1999)

If this is the first you’ve heard of Engacho!, it’s a Japan-only puzzler that puts you in the shoes of a boy with the roundest head you’ve ever seen and then tasks you with successfully traversing room after room without touching any of the gross characters that can be seen on the cover art above.
