The last word on bras
( Probably)
Most reviews we see are written right after the person receives an item. I’ve had the Enell sports bra for a couple weeks, now, so I thought I’d let you know how it has been doing for me.
Pros:
1) I have jogged (I do NOT jog, but I made the effort just to test the bra), done farm work, done cardio workouts, and done martial arts workouts in this. It absolutely does the job of keeping my chest from bouncing.
2) The fabric quality and seams are as good as they say; I have not been itchy or had any skin sensitivity issues, and I often do with other bras.
3) While I was doing farm work, I noticed that I didn’t ever have to stop and adjust anything. No straps out of place, nothing slipping or riding up. Nice.
Cons:
1) While I am right in the middle of the size range, which is 31-33 in underbust (I am 32) and 36-39 in for bust (I am 38), I feel so, so constricted that I don’t know HOW anyone even a tiny bit larger could get this on. It leaves red marks on my skin that show literally every seam and line of the bra when I take it off. I feel like if I lost 5 pounds or so it might have a better fit.
2) It is very hard to get on. I can manage, but anyone who had any sort of problem with their hands/mobility might not be able to tug hard enough to get it fastened. Someone with shoulder joint issues might also have trouble getting it on.
Final analysis; I might possibly buy another one, but only if I can find a store where I can try it on beforehand. I’m interested in their ‘Lite’ model for wearing when I’m not doing anything bouncy. There is a store about an hour and a half away, so that’s a possibility.
Also, the karate video I used in testing the bra is this one:

And I liked it. Shotokan is the primary style I studied, so seeing the familiar moves and the Japanese terms was very nice for me. Also, his camera-angle-and-mirror setup is perfect so you can see what he’s doing all the time.
