The time has come. I’ve reached an age, we both have …….Steve and I have just made our Wills. Making a Will, even thinking about a Will, makes you sit down and relook at your life. I’ve found it unsettling and liberating at the same time. Things I used for think of as important, valuable and could never live without, have become quite ordinary. How? Why?
Surprisingly, it’s left me in an easy state of mind. I can now give things away. Away to our girls if they want them or to friends. We don’t have a big extended family so it should be quite simple. Unless it’s in use right now, what’s left can start going to the op shops. Mind you, even they’re picky about what they take at the moment. They seem to be overwhelmed with donations!
