(regarding multiple Loki's and whoever takes over as one "main" Loki in season 2). Loved your response. I actually love the idea of Sophia being a female Loki, even though a lot points to her being Enchantress. I have hopes that maybe in that universe Loki and Enchantress are one-and-the-same. (I might be a bit desperate in wanting to see different versions of Loki actually playing a big part. I still have an ongoing bet if Richard E. Grant plays old-man-Loki.)

Franzi, Yes!!! I know a lot of people are saying he's going to be playing Laufey, but my bet is also on old man Loki (and I have a hunch that he might be the ultimate villain in the series tbh). Richard is so sweet, but he can really dial up the sinister in some of his characters so let's hope so... plus, there's that familial resemblance as well š¤š»š¤š»
Hey Franzi ā¤ļø @enchantedbyhiddles Sometimes replies seem to not show up in notifications so Iām posting this manually lol.
Basically, yes. No mask or vax mandate, no social distancing. Our state is only like 35 or 40% vaxxed and our hospitals are overburdened, but the governor doesnāt care. I can *ask* students to wear a mask, remind them our city has a mask mandate, but cannot enforce. Also cannot ātreat anyone differently for not wearing a maskā and canāt ask for vax status. I am going to make sure that students keep their distance from me.
So I sat down with J and talked about it. Heās getting booster (3rd shot) next week, and I do have Kn95 masks - plan to buy more and probably wear face shield too. But I decided with his blessing to just teach in person and not to try to get switched last minute (idk if that would even work, but it was one option - ask to get switched to online).
I plan to hold classes in person but also broadcast on a zoom-like video service, and I will have no attendance requirement, including that all in class activities will be available online. In other words, nobody has to come to class unless they want to. That way sick students will have no reason to come. I also plan to tell them why I would like them to please wear a mask. My students are usually good kids, so I am hopeful.
That said, this leaves me at a strange place. I wish I hadnāt signed a teaching contract for this year and will likely try to find a different option next year, regardless of how Covid progresses. Iām angry and feel abandoned by the state, the board, and my university.

4. show you love, but donāt mind missing a few episodes? Oh, I donāt like missing episodes, unless itās a sitcom that doesnāt have a plotline running from episode to episode! Otherwise I have to watch it in order... Also, I only really watch tv shows on streaming sites, so itās kinda difficult to miss an episode these days. Not like when I was a kid and if you werenāt in front of the TV to watch the show when it aired then you were shit out of luckĀ ācuz there were never any reruns on TV in my country. (I missed ONE episode of ER when I was a kid and I wowed never to do that again, I was always glued to the couch at least an HOUR before it started so I definitely wouldnāt miss a single second!!)
On the other hand, I donāt mind skipping whole storylines if I donāt like the characters, I just fast-forward through those bits to get to my favoritesĀ š

18. show you donāt understand the hype for? I never got the hype for How I Met Your Mother... I watched a couple of episodes when they were on TV, but I always just cringed at the jokes (they just seemed to be trying to hard). There are other shows that are airing today, or have just gone off air, that I donāt understand, but thatās really only because I havenāt watched a single episode... andĀ sometimes itās a certain actor that I just canāt stand!!

So I just finished watching Kong: Skull Island (I know it was about time eheh) and now I started to gif it ! So Iāll be tagging it as #ksipoilers for those of you who might have not seen it yet. So I suggest you to blacklist this tag not to get spoiled ;)
Also I wanted to add- this goes to fellow gifmakers- that Iāve been avoiding tags such as #TomHiddleston and #Hiddlesedit since the film has been avaible on digital download to avoid spoilers so I basically didnāt see any gifs which have been already made and if I appear to make a similar gifset to yours, then please know itās a coincidence and it wasnāt my intention. I didnāt see any gifset.

Having 2 minutes in the whole movie... At least they make it sound like it. Strange as Tom filmed half a year... It's really weird. It's all about Hulk and Thor being awesome friends and it is so funny... ...
Thatās what I donāt understand. Tom was filming almost as long as Chris was. He was there far longer than Mark. But zero mention of Loki, who when we saw him last WAS ON THE THRONE OF ASGARD. Youād think thatād be an important tidbit. I just donāt get it. You canāt have Thor without Loki. Yet they try to shuffle him out all the damn time. I still donāt understand the point of Hulk being in this movie, but I was hopeful it was only going to be a small part. But this isnāt giving me any hope at all. I feel like one minute Iām excited for the movie and the next Iām dreading what theyāve done.Ā
This is my favourite set of marvel movies. I love Thor and The Dark World (I know a lot of people had problems with it, but I donāt know, I still loved it.) Thor has always been one of my favourite comic book characters, and Iāve always been really big into mythology. When we found out the title for this third film, I was extremely excited. Shit was going down and it was going to be great. But now? Yeah, Iām worried this is going to be a joke.
