I couldn't get the emr to work on my computer yesterday while I was actually at work, so I still have all my notes to do and I've spent all afternoon sitting on the couch actively avoiding doing notes

“Bir defasında Harran'a, ferâiz (miras taksimi) ilmini çok iyi bilen bir âlimin yanına gitmeye, ondan ferâiz ilmini iyice öğrenmeye niyetlenmiştim. Yolculuğa çıkacağım gecenin sabahında, Hocam Şeyh Abdullah Yünûni'den bir mektup geldi. Benden, Kudüs-ü Şerife gitmemi istiyordu. Mektubu okuyunca, bende bir memnuniyetsizlik hali ortaya çıktı. Çünkü Harran'a gidip ferâiz ilmini öğrenmeyi çok istiyordum. Bunun üzerine Kur'an-ı Kerim'i açtım. Birden karşıma, Yasin sûresinin 21. ayeti çıktı meâli: "Sizden hiçbir ücret istemeyen kimselere uyun ki, onlar hidayet üzeredirler ve insanları da hidayete ulaştırırlar." buyuruluyordu.
Hocamın emrine uymam gerektiğini anladım. Derhal Kudüs-ü Şerife doğru yola çıktım. Oraya varınca, bir de ne göreyim: Harran'a ferâiz ilmini öğrenmek için gideceğim zat, Kudüs'te bulunuyordu. Ondan ferâiz ilmini tam öğrendim. Ayrıca, kendi temâyülatımı terk edip hocamın emrine uymakla, ne derece isabetli hareket ettiğimi de anlamış oldum.”
So much heavy breathing and lip smacking. Also, repetition. The only saving grace is that I have a separate text chat I have going with some coworkers. Me and a day charge rattled one of the instructors and it was hilarious. It’s like whispering in class, but less instrusive to the other learners.
