Translating emotions with XIV
Anger: Something is threatening us, is unjust, and/or unfair. The problem needs addressing.
Happiness: Something about this is important and worth cherishing, nuturing and fostering. The source must be nurtured.
Sadness: Something important, meaningful and loved was lost or is hurt. The loss must be grieved and given space
Fear: Something might hurt or cause us pain and/or something is approaching that we don't feel secure about handling. The situation needs to be fairly reassessed
Exhaustion: Something about the state of how we are living is not sustainable / not working / asking too much. The method needs to be modified.
Peace / Content: The situation is in balance and no direct action needs to be done.
