I’m looking into using eMoods. I like this layout, but the four built-in tracking points aren’t super useful to me. I see that the paid version unlocks the ability to enter custom tracking points. My questions are: Do they show up exactly the same way as the built-ins, when you do your check-ins and as in the above image? Is there a limit to how many you can add?
i've only logged a week of my moods on emoods and it literally looks like a bunch of steep mountains on the graph
only obvious thing so far is that when i get <5 hours of sleep my anxiety skyrockets
