I've decided that shame is not for me anymore. I am opting out of feeling ashamed from now on.

If someone cheats on you, should you dump them? What about if they say they were blacked out at the time and didn't remember it until I brought it up? What if the blackout is not just due to alcohol, but also mental illness? Do you break up with them in that scenario?
