The lights were out and everyone had left. Some went home, others were still having an adventure elsewhere. It was always a mystery. All that remained in the abandoned amphitheater was a girl no taller than 5′6″ thanks to her skull-tipped stiletto boots. This was home to her. The silence that followed a great show. Completely underrated peace that no one would fully understand; unless, they were like her.
It was cold, but she couldn’t feel it. Darkness tried to take the girl hostage, but her turquoise hair fought it by ominously illuminating the concrete around her. She closed her eyes and took it all in. Even though she was dead, she could still feel and remember what it was like to be alive.
Her eyes snapped open when a violent rustle broke her beautiful silence. “Show yourself!” She commanded as she clenched the neck of her guitar.
