“If you say so.” he smiled at you. ”Anyways, you will be my assistant. Your workplace is right there.” he said and pointed to a small room in front of his. Through the windows, you could see a small table and with a notebook on it and some papers. Next to the notebook was a phone and some files. You were nervous. You were afraid you would make a mistake and blew this up. “I- Okay.” you just said and Felix guided you to your room. “If you have any questions feel free to ask. Have fun! By the way, do you want a coffee?” Felix asked with a low voice. His voice sent shivers down your spine. “If you have, yes. Thank you.” you said blushing a little since Felix looked at you. He giggled and walked of just to come back 5 Minutes later with a coffee for you. “Thank you, Mr. Lee.” you said. He smiled and went for his own office.

After Felix went to his office and closed the door behind himself, you pulled out your phone and immediately texted your best friend.

“You could’ve told me that the ceo of this company is one fine looking young man.“

You were deep into your work that you didn’t even notice that Felix stood in the door frame and watched you work. After a few minutes he cleared his throat and startled you with it. “What do you want?” you asked. He looked at you confused since you answered pretty annoyed. “I just wanted to make sure you’re okay but apparently you’re not.” Felix stated and came towards you. “Why did you ignore my messages yesterday?” he whispered into your ear when he was near enough. His whisper voice sent shivers down your spine. You gulped and pushed him a little away. “I- I was busy and it was late already. As I said in my message yesterday.” you said. Your hands were sweating.

“Thank you for coming.” a deep voice echoed through the room. You were confused. The people around you told you your boss would be around your age and not like 50? You still didn’t look up because you were scared. Scared that you might be confronted with an old man. “You don’t need to be nervous. You can look at me. I know my voice is confusing but I’m not a weird old man.” the person said. You now dared to look up and be greeted by a cute boy. He looked like he was just barely 16 years old. He was just a bit taller from what you could see. He had freckles and his blonde hair hang loosely over his forehead.

After watching youtube videos for about an hour, you heard the door bell ring. You stood up and walked downstairs. When you opened the door, Felix stood there in prefect clothes. “Hey. Wow. You look amazing in that dark blue dress.” he stated while entering the house. “T-thank you.” you stuttered. You were amazed about how good he looked. “The color of the dress suits you perfectly. Shall we go?” Felix asked. His question caught you off guard. “Uh.. Yeah sure.” you said, grabbed your keys and the both of you left the house. When you walked to Felix’ car, you were in amazed since he was driving an expensive sports car. At the same time, you weren’t surprised because he was your boss and he definitely has a lot of money. The whole car drive was silent. You didn’T dare to talk because you were nervous and afraid that you might start stuttering.

You were almost out of the building when you could hear someone scream your name. You turned around to see Felix running after you. When he arrived at you, he was panting. “Y-You forgot your p-phone.” he could barely speak because he was running after you. “T-Thank You.” you said a little flustered at his action. He smiled at you and handed you your phone. “Maybe we could exchange numbers?” Felix bluntly said, looking away from you. You still looked at him confused. What’s wrong with him, you thought. Nonetheless, you decided to give him your phone number. “Next time, don’t forget your phone!” he said smiling at you. You smiled back, feeling your cheeks getting warm. You two bid goodbye and you went home.

On your way home, you texted your best friend.

‘You could’ve told me that Felix is such a gentleman and also this good looking!’

Not even a minute later, you got a response. ‘Why would I? Have you already build a crush for him?’

You wanted to slap her face. You could hear her voice in your head teasing you for liking Felix. This girl is driving me nuts, you thought.

You arrived at home. You put your shoes in the shoe rack and hang your jacket in its destined place. You went to the kitchen to grab some water when you felt your phone buzz. You took out your phone looking at who wrote you. Your eyes widened when you saw that Felix had sent you a message.

On your way out, Felix was standing in the hallway. You rolled your eyes, knowing he won’t leave you alone. “Hey, what about coming with me? I’ll invite you over for a dinner.” he said. You rolled your eyes. “How about: No.” you said coldly. He stopped for a moment then picked up the pace to catch up to you again. “Please! Just once. After that I will never bother you again!” Felix pleaded. “IF it really stays with this one time, I’ll do it. You have to promise me.” you said, stopping in your tracks and turning to him. His eyes lit up and he started smiling widely. “Yes! Then I’ll pick you up at 7!” he said. “Wait! You don’t kno-” you started but you were interrupted by him. “I’m your boss. I have your address.” he said, laughed and ran off. You shook your head. So you really have a “date” with your boss.

After a while you got another message from Felix.

“You ignore me :( Answer me please ;;“

What is he so annoying for??, you thought. You swiped his message away ignoring him further. our phone buzzed and you knew Felix already sent you another message. Annoyed you opened the chat.

“Why do I get so many messages. It’s late already. Why are you texting me anyways? I also got home safe.“
