i am way more eloquent through text than speaking aloud AND IT IS SO FRUSTRATING
my therapist tells me that i make sense and get my point across well……but i am literally stumbling over my words??!???

i think this(frustration over how to be eloquent and get your words across) is definitely not helped by the addition of mental illnesses. our brains are then fighting against itself and i know for me, it never stops. full speed, 120 mph it feels like. when you are trying to explain yourself this barrier is very frustrating and you can lose track of your words when you don't see them typed up on a screen in front of you to follow along(or writing, this is most likely why journaling is a good tactic!)

I wish I was more eloquent.
Or at least more expressive. I hate not being able to say how I'm feeling because I'm literally lost for words. I hate that I have all these stories and ideas, but no way to tell them because of the barrier between the jumble of words in my brain and a neatly written, well flowing paragraph. I want to write... No, I want to write beautifully. I want people to want to read my work and actually enjoy the language and choice of words and how the sentences I've written flow together. I just want to be able to write something for the world to enjoy.
