- i’m a LPCC now!! (independent therapist, don’t need supervision)

- i haven’t had consistent, intense depression since december (when i began taking auvelity twice a day) which is very weird but cool. it still comes up but it’s more manageable. anxiety is still the same motherfucking bitch though. i’m currently very anxious over a work situation that really isn’t a big deal but it feels like there’s a chance i might lose my license. which i won’t. but it feels like i will!!!

- my therapist is still a saint, bless her. today marks 11 years of seeing her :)

- still hanging out with friends and being social! go me!
