Elo World: Pokemon Tectonic
I'm a big fan of pimanrules' "Scientifically Ranking all of the Pokemon Trainers" series of videos, and as a programmer on a Pokemon fangame myself, I was in prime position to recreate the experiment with that game's own trainers and battle system. With the tougher trainer teams and Pokemon rebalances, I thought it would be interesting to see how differently things went. So after a couple of weeks of work and a couple of days of simulation, I have my results! I'd like to produce a YouTube video breaking them down some day, or at least a longer text post, but for now, you can browse them yourself. I've got them all published on a website for easy access.
