After standing in central Michigan for 150 years, the barn was disassembled, relocated, and re-imagined for its new Donner Lake water’s edge home. Well…That sounds right up my alley! CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Since the sofa, chair, settee & coffee table were already neutral, I decided on a clean & timeless monochromatic palette. I removed any color from the room and then combined the existing creams/beiges with some soft modern neutrals and a few bolder punches of black&white. I added a bright white to the walls and beams for a sleek gallery look. I also had fun playing with @minted’s customizable art to help ‘make’ all the prints you see in the room! In the end, I hope I succeeded in turning this space into something a little more clean and modern for the client!
