Harold Lloyd— Look at this little dweeb. His limbs are like Popsicle sticks someone taped to a noodle. His face is so downtrodden and cherubic. His entire schtick was "scrungle extraordinaire."

Ellen Corby (It's a Wonderful Life, Pocketful of Miracles)—Girl was SO scrawny and scrungly and I love her so much. Probably best known for playing the grandma on the Waltons in the '70s, Ellen Corby was a hell of a scrungle. In It's a Wonderful Life she's the saddest, wettest little lady who asks for $17.50 during the run on the bank and in Pocketful of Miracles she's one of Bette Davis's scrappy friends from the street. Both parts are relatively small but she absolutely makes the most of them and is so memorable and fun to watch. (Also fun fact she was queer and lived with her gf/partner for 40+ years!) She was so scrawny and scrappy and scrungly and I want her to fight me in the street.
