Helloooo, might I trouble you for some photos of your new run whenever/if ever youâre feeling like it ? đ I hear the words âSun Half Elf Stigâ and my curiosity is piqued, I am a simple woman
He doesn't look any different, just got some different ancestry lol. It's apart of the Astralities Elven Anthology mod, dunno if it's on console.
I will DEFINITELY be sharing photos of my run, hence the "I am going to make it everyone's problem" lol. Photo mode + mods to add onto photo mode are going to make me INSUFFERABLE.

Got some Q's for Stigandr Tavrinth pls and thank you!
Random selected but I like these questions: (if it's too much sorry!!! got excited lol)
-What is your character's favorite physical trait they possess?
-What is something your character would refuse to wear?
-What is something your character is proud to own?
-Who would your character ask first if they needed medical help?
-Who would your character say knows them best?
-Where is your character's safe space?
Aaaa thank you! Love answering questions about Stigandr because he's still not fully developed yet and these questions help me make decisions about him. No need to apologize!!!
-What is your character's favorite physical trait they possess?
Stigandr takes GREAT pride in his beard and hair. This man is hairy as fuck and probably has a whole routine he goes through every morning to ensure it's perfect. Stigandr is not a vain person, but appearances are important when it comes to being a Paladin. He's gotta strike a balance of being intimidating enough to his enemies and approachable enough from those he seeks to protect. (Maybe there's some personal backstory regarding his affinity for braids. My friend has a character whose culture holds great importance on braids and their meanings, and I've been inspired by that since, lol.)
-What is something your character would refuse to wear?
I don't think he's actually too picky on clothing. I would say clothing of the enemy, but I did put him in some Absolute apparel when the gang infiltrated Moonrise. I suppose... maybe he wouldn't want to wear lighter armors? I mean he would if he had to, but he prefers heavier sets of armor that are more likely to protect him.
-What is something your character is proud to own?
He is VERY proud of the Amulet of Greater Health that he snagged from the House of Hope. Not only is it super useful, but he finds great pleasure in stealing from Raphael.
(Considering I play on Explorer difficulty and with a no party limit mod... this amulet feels like cheating, even moreso than usual lmao)
-Who would your character ask first if they needed medical help?
He would probably try to take care of the wounds himself first. He has his own healing spells, of course, but if he's unable or out of magic, he'd go to Shadowheart. Stigandr is a humble man who knows he needs to be in good health in order to help others and find a cure, so he doesn't dawdle when it comes to wounds. If Shads is unavailable, he'll go to Jaheira or Halsin.
(Also, of course he'd go to Shadowheart. The inherent eroticism of being healed by your love interest is too great to pass up.)
-Who would your character say knows them best?
I would say that my yet-to-be-created Dark Urge character knows him best. Stigandr is a werewolf, and so is this Dark Urge character I'm rotating around in my brain. I think the two have been traveling together for some time in search of a cure for their lycanthropy, and as such, the two become good friends (in spite of her murderous thoughts and bloodlust, lol). Obviously him and Shadowheart grow close and I would say she ends up as one of the people who know him best, and in ways that my Durge probably never would.
-Where is your character's safe space?
Stigandr finds himself most safe within nature, or within distance of a religious site. Stigandr is an Oath of Devotion paladin, yes, but he is a paladin of Tyr also. While he spent his early years in Baldur's Gate, he spent most of his young life in Fortress Faithful, the Church of Tyr in Tethyr. Nature also because he just finds it to be beautiful, and of course, because of lycanthropy.

Thank you for the ask!!! I had fun answering these and providing some images :)
Okay so Iâm not sure if you want to answer these if you arenât there in your storyline yet but maybe youâve already thought about their relationship at length:
For Sarah/Kanan â€ïž:
1. Who fell first?
2. What are they most attracted to in each other?
3. What is your favorite aspect of their relationship to write/brainstorm about?
4. What would a dream date look like between them?
Who fell first?
lol Kanan definitely did but they'd never admit it.
With how I've got it written so far, in currently uploaded chapters, my notes, and the file in my brain labeled "Event Horizon," it takes some time for Sarah to come around to them. Kanan is both a difficult person to coexist with and someone Sarah has immense respect for, thanks to their love for exploration. It's a very conflicting thing for Sarah, to admire this person who goes against most of her morals but also shares her deepest passions. The baseline attraction is there from early on, of course.
Kanan, for all the partners they've had, has never really had a real partner. All of Kanan's romantic adjacent relationships were pretty much just flings. They're the type of person to seek other bodies to cure their loneliness for a bit and play it off as them being a "player" or whatever. They're kind of an asshole in that regard and they are fine with this lifestyle for a long time until they meet Sarah. Something about her seeds its way into Kanan's heart beyond just the desire for sex and a brief moment without loneliness, and it takes them by surprise when it happens.
What are they most attracted to in each other?
Both of them admire the fact that the other is constantly challenging them to be a better person (it's one of my favorite romance tropes lol). I think they're both also largely attracted to each other's passion. For all of Kanan and Sarah's differences, they also share a lot in common, and their passion for space and space exploration is a huge one.
What is your favorite aspect of their relationship to write/brainstorm about?
God do I have to choose? At the moment I'm having a lot of fun with their dialogue. Kanan is a smartass and doesn't have a filter which always catches Sarah off guard without fail.
What would a dream date look like between them?
A trip to a far away solar system on a habitable planet where they're the only two human beings on the entire planet together.
âš Let's talk about OCs! âšHow would you describe your OC's personality/aesthetic? What's your favourite thing about them? Tell us a fun fact(s) about your OC or their creation

So sorry that it's taken me so long to answer this, but I kept putting it off out of busyness and then plain-old shyness. By way of apology, I'll be answering for two Tavs! Alethea Taveria, my main Durge-Tav, and Elenor Tavryn, who's leading the story I'm currently working on.
Alethea 'Tav' Taveria, The Dark Urge
Paladin of Vengeance
How would you describe your OC's personality/aesthetic?
Alethea Taveria is the Dark Urge, and as such begins the journey a little unhinged. The wound she has suffered from Orin has caused complete amnesia. When she awakes on the pod, she knows little of FaerĂ»nian history, and even less about herself. Even her true name is lost to her, as she only knows herself as the Dark Urge. As such, she spends much of her free time at camp reading, trying to absorb all the knowledge sheâs forgotten.
She has no perception of normalcy, and the more she learns about the abnormality of her experience, the more she worries whether sheâs even sane. She is haunted by nightmares of blood when she sleeps, and by her butler when she wakes. She sleepwalks, has black outs and fainting spells, and is constantly fighting against murderous urges.
Alethea does not realise the extent of her madness until she kills Alfira. For a time, she refuses to believe she has even done it. It is because of this, and her experience helping the tiefling refugees, that Alethea decides to be more than her base urges. During the celebration, she recalls the name âTavâ, and decides to go by it, growing to resent the Dark Urge moniker.
Alethea is bit of a rogue, always willing to trade wits. She often uses intimidation to get what she wants from her enemies, but Alethea is at her core a good person, even if her constant battles against her urges make her believe otherwise. Doing good feels unnatural to her, and it is always a conscious choice. She worries she must be cursed, fearing the truth of who she is, and the violence sheâs committed. Because of this, she grows to both hate and fear herself. She keeps this information close to her heart, though, trying to keep up a strong front, knowing the others in her party are relying on her.
She sees the same darkness that guides her in Sharâs control over Shadowheart, and through saving Shadowheart from this darkness, a chance to save herself. Sheâs a bit of a flirt, and never someone like herself capable of true romance, but she falls quickly and deeply for Shadowheart. Despite this, she attempts to keep her distance. She feels unworthy of Shadowheartâs affection, constantly worrying that she might hurt those closest to her. Through protecting and supporting them instead, she finds new purpose outside of what Bhaal has ordained for her. Indeed, she would rather die than become Bhaalâs puppet.
Aletheaâs Bhaalspawn heritage has made an impact on her aesthetic, preferring a colour scheme of black and red, mixed in with the chivalrous, knightly aesthetic of a Paladin. Her favourite flower is a rose - beautiful, but with sharp thorns. In her general appearance, Tav is a half-elf, though being created by Bhaal, she considers herself a mere imitation. Her appearance is off, her teeth being sharper than normal, and her fingernails growing into claws.
What's your favourite thing about them?
Alethea is haunted by the violent acts she has committed, but at her core, she is a genuinely kind-hearted person. Though she feels forgiveness is beyond someone like her, she seeks it always, and finds redemption through helping others overcome the darkness in their own lives, especially her love Shadowheart. Shadowheart sees beyond her urges, and accepts her for the woman she is, beyond her role as a Bhaalspawn. Through their love for each other, they find the support they need to break free from the control of their dark gods. They save each other, and find new happiness together.
Tell us a fun fact(s) about your OC or their creation
Alethea Taveria began life in my first playthrough of Baldurâs Gate 3 as a Shadowheart-romancing Bardadin. She is a half-elf, because who doesnât love those ears? She has silver hair and purple eyes, a design trait I apply to all my fantasy rpg protagonists because I love it. Despite the similarities, the design is not actually inspired by the Targaryens of ASOIAF, but instead has its origins in Frozen's Elsa, as I was inspired by her when creating a snow-witch themed character for Dark Souls 2's Crown of the ivory King dlc. The name Alethea also has its origins with this character, being taken from a fantasy name-generator.
I completed my first run of bg3 with Alethea, before creating a Rogue Tiefling Durge for my evil playthrough, whom I refer to as Elyn (I don't really talk about Elyn, as she is a very chaotic evil character I have little attachment to). Following the completion of my evil Durge playthrough, I decided to do a good Durge run. Being so attached to Alethea's design I recreated her, though I switched her class from Bard to a Paladin of Vengeance. I have completed both romance paths for Shadowheart with this character, with the Silverheart romance path - parents saved - being the one I consider my âcanonâ playthrough.
Fun facts:
As an homage to her original class being a Bard, Alethea is an expert Lute player, which she rediscovers after a lesson from Alfira. After murdering Alfira, Alethea takes up her lute and sings her song as an attempt to honour her. She frequently plays music around the campfire, and on rare occasions when theyâre alone, Shadowheart will sing with her. Shadowheart is embarrassed by her singing, though Alethea thinks has a beautiful voice.
Tav take up her Oath upon waking on the Nautiloid, swearing vengeance upon whoever put her there. After a battle, she will frequently stab her sword into the ground, and recite her Oath in prayer as an attempt to calm the bloodlust. Other attempts to calm the bloodlust include alcohol and smoking a pipe, though these do little to help.
Tav and Shadowheart first met when Tav was a young girl, forming an unlikely friendship after the Urge forced Tav to orphan herself. They met several times over the years, eventually forming an on again/off again relationship that Shadowheart would inevitably keep forgetting. Thanks to Orin, Alethea has now forgotten too.
Elenor 'Tav' Tavryn
Selûnite Paladin of Devotion
How would you describe your OC's personality/aesthetic?
At 42 years old, Elenor Tavryn is, at her core, tired. She has lived a long, hard life coloured by fighting and loss. Her mother was a Cleric of SelĂ»ne, granting Tav her kind-hearted nature, and her belief to always see the best in people, and help those in need. Tavâs mother disappeared when Tav was still a child, a tragedy which hangs over Tav her whole life, granting her an air of melancholy.
Unable to find closure, she throws herself into different things to distract herself, most commonly taking the form of fighting. She spends some time in the Guild after falling in with a bad crowd, but she does not have the heart for it, eventually leaving to join the Flaming Fist. Sheâs a model soldier, fighting the inherent corruption where she can, and doing her best to protect the people of Baldurâs Gate. She gains and loses many comrades during this time, but she is unable to form any genuine connections due to her quiet and reserved personality. This hurts her heart of a hopeless romatic. She seeks a partner she can devote herself to, but is unable to find one out of fear of getting to close and losing them. Sheâs not much of a flirt, and will blush like a maiden if she thinks sheâs being flirted with. When fighting, she has a tendency for self-sacrifice, often fighting recklessly, but always putting herself in harms way to protect her comrades.
During her time in the Fist, her faith in Selûne falters, though it reignites when she meets a travelling Paladin of Selûne, Aveline Venariel, who becomes a mother figure to Tav. Inspired by this Paladin, Tav joins her order, though in her heart, little changes. She is still lonely, throwing herself into fighting to distract herself from the emptiness of her personal life. She seeks a purpose beyond the fighting, though she does not know what this purpose could be.
Shortly before being kidnapped by mind flayers, Tav's Paladin order is devastated in an attack by Sharrans, and the majority of its members, including Aveline, are killed. This event dims the light within Tavâs heart, giving her immense survivors guilt, and weakening her will. She gains an intense animosity for Sharrans, and becomes an even more reckless fighter, hoping in some small part to die in battle. Despite this, she fights desperately against the cult of the Absolute for the sake of her party and the rest of FaerĂ»n.
Her aesthetic is a mix of Selûne and chivalry. Silver stars and crescent moons. Plate mail and longswords. Her scarred, battle-hardened aesthetic belies her soft-heart.
What's your favourite thing about them?
Following the tenet of Eric Idle, she always looks on the bright side of life. Tav's life has been marred by loss. She enjoys fighting, but it is also an escape from the suffering that darkens her soul. But despite it all, she clings to light. She is a genuine kind-hearted person, who brightens the lives of those around her. In fact, it is perhaps because of the struggles she has faced that she clings so desperately to hope, always seeing the inherent good in people, the innate beauty of the world, and the possibility of love.
Tell us a fun fact(s) about your OC or their creation
Elenor began life as a non-Durge version of Alethea I created exclusively for fanfiction, as I wanted more control over Aletheaâs backstory and character. I also wanted her to be a SelĂ»nite for the unique dynamic with Shadowheart, which was difficult to make work with the Dark Urgeâs own character arc of a Bhaalspawn who abandons their god to become Faithless.
As I developed the specific story I wanted to tell, non-Durge Alethea grew into her own unique character, becoming Elenor. She was changed from a half-elf to human for both lifespan angst and to make her a more grounded, relatable, human character in a world of high-fantasy. The name Elenor was chosen because I wanted her to have the nickname âElâ, which I stole borrowed from Fire Emblemâs Edelgard.
Fun facts:
Elenor wears a Selûnite amulet around her neck at all times, which once belonged to her mother.
Elenor learnt the lyre during her time in the guild, and later took up painting after joining her Paladin order. During her travels with the party, she sketches things she sees and people she meets into her journal. Much of her journal is actually musings and sketches about Shadowheart.
During her time as a member of the Flaming Fist, Tav reached the rank of Manip, making her a natural choice to lead the party in their fight against the Absolute.
She lost her right eye in her first ever battle as a Flaming Fist. She wears an artificial eye in its stead.

Oooh okay for the ask game (for both Stigandr and Lysandra, if you please):
9 and 29! đ (My bad if these have been asked before!!)
9. Whatâs the significance behind your Tavâs name?
Stigandr's name is Norse for "wanderer." I figured it fit well. He's an adventurous sort once he gets a taste for it - he's been all the way to Tethyr and back to Baldur's Gate.
As for Lysandra's name... there's no real significance there. Literally the name "Lysander" popped into my head and I decided to make it feminine and went, "ah! Durge name!" and so it was, lol. "Lysander" itself means "liberation" which I suppose does fit her, given she's a Redemption!Durge character.
29. What fears keep them up at night?
Honestly... both of them fear hurting the people they care about. Both of them are werewolves and ofc Lysandra has to deal with her Bhaalspawn nature. Stigandr has an oath to upkeep, and beyond that, he just really would prefer not to shred his friends to pieces under the full moon. And Lysandra hates how little control she has when the Urge takes over.
