My country has (well, had, it's well out of style by now) a subculture called "Coloridos" - literally meaning "Colorfuls", because their aesthetic mainly revolves around bright garish colors. Picture 2000s to 2010s emo fashion but with a very scene color scheme and you've got a pretty good picture of what they looked like, and it was originated by the fans of thse pop rock and power pop bands that were gaining a lot of traction in late 2000s and early 2010s Brazil. Needless to say a decent chunk of them were queer in one way or another (and, afaik, the community was very LGBT-friendly overall)...
And I just think their style is perfect for your blog's specific type of forcemasc. Like:
MCs friend introduces her to their favorite band, and she's instantly hooked. She's not usually into sappy love songs, but their stuff's got this catchy, fast-paced energy to it that makes it feel both aggressive and vulnerable, it really does hit such a sweet spot!
They go to a concert together, and both on stage and in the audience all the guys have this flamboyant, in-your-face and very GNC style that she can't help but love...
So she starts dressing the part. Sure, there's women in the bands and community too, lots of them in fact! But something about the guys' specific style and presentation just speaks to her in a way that she can't quite put her finger on.
MC's friend is more than happy to help, of course! The style's super accessible, really: all you need is some kitschy graphic shirts, bright-colored skinny jeans and whatever rainbow or plaid accessories you happen to get your hands on. A couple hand-me-downs and a thrifting trip later and...
Voilá! She's looking just like a proper Colorido now... And damn, she sure looks handsome wearing boys' clothes, doesn't he?
Guess it's true what they say: real men wear pink. And lime green and highlighter yellow and leopard print...
Anon I just wanna say I LOVE this - Colorido seems like a really cool subculture, and I love when people make forcemasc stuff with subcultures like this!
The idea itself is super good too - ragers evolving into makeout sessions, getting him more and more neon clothing and throwing out his old wardrobe, making him a prime example of a Colorido- No better lifestyle!
