#elemental oc

Elemental is still living rent free in my head haha and since I finally finished a big commission I was working on the past month, I can draw some personal stuff yaay

I got inspired by @paperbagedhead , @abbytabbys and @cyndavilachase with their Elemental oc kids, so I wanted to design a child for Wade and Ember as well =) I wasn't too creative with the name I reckon, but I couldn't think of another name that I liked.

I thought that when Misty was a toddler she struggle to keep floating in the same place, and was often blown away by the wind (which made her temporarily afraid of heights, the irony). So, in her early years she would often be wearing her mother's dress and boots to stay in the same place. (She did not like the weight of the clothes, though).

In her teens, Misty became a lot more reserved and had difficulty connecting with other elements, since her parents were one of the first inter-elemental couples in the city. She really wanted to fit in and tried to apply for the junior windbreakers (I loved this idea from @cyndavilachase), but got rejected because she wasn't "windy" enough for the games. These were challenging years for Misty, since she struggled a lot trying to be more "watery" or "fiery" but never really fitting in.

As an adult, Misty finally found her true passion and self-confidence, becoming an engineer. Since she is made of steam, I wanted to give her kind of a steampunk vibe, which carries an interesting mix of water and fire motifs. She enjoys solving problems and building devices. I envision that she would mainly work fixing old pipes and structures in Firetown, and in a near future, she'd build better air transportations suited for fire people.

A... Alset?

[* Devian's voice is still weak. He needs some time to reload and understand, what's going on. However, they don't have that priviledge. Susie and Kris will soon return home, and Alset needs to be faster, not to meet them and be seen as weirdo, who came into Dreemurr's residence from the street. Which might happened like that, but he had to risk it to see Devian. Everything else is history. ]

[* So Alset picks up still half-not-here Devian by his shoulders and squishes those tight. ]

Powers: Wetland/Swamp manipulation (Télmakinesis). Melee combat. Heightened sense of smell, touch, sight, and hearing. Speed. Agility. Climbing. Sharp claws and teeth which can be used for combat. And Feral Mind.

Plant: Giant Water lily (Victoria Amazonica)

Occupation: Hunter / Pest controller (In Normal and Solo Verse)

Backstories/Personality/Allies:

Normal Verse (Normal GNU): At a young age, Zambak was taken under the wing by Nympha (Her Grandmother) who took her to live in Bayou Bones. There Zambak spent her life training with Osirius (Her father in normal-verse), he taught her and her cousins on how to control their swamp powers, how to survive, how to protect themselves, and how to fight.  

Zambak also learned about the other kingdoms from Nympha. Learning how all elementals are important.

Her father at some point gave her a pet Logtor, who she named Brutus.

Later she became a hunter/pest controller, in which she uses her powers to hunt prey and kill certain animals that disrupt her kingdom's nature, such as rodents. Solo Verse (Legion of Elementals): The same as in Normal verse (Normal GNU), Minus the whole gormiti and gorm lords. Same thing: Taken in by Nympha, trained by her father, Osirius, learned about the other kingdoms, is a distant acquaintance with Vernon and his gang, only allies/close with her are her cousins and relatives, and works as a hunter/pest controller. Notes: - Even though Zambak is not allied with Vernon and his gang (In normal and solo verse), the only person she surprisingly gets along with well and is friends with is Sorrel. - Zambak is neither good nor evil, a Hero or a villain, She's instead Chaotic Neutral. - Now nature is neither good nor evil, Nature is just Nature, things happen in Nature like a natural phenomenon, you can call it a force of nature, and Zambak is supposed to represent that in a way. - Zambak's dad in Normal GNU and Legion of Elementals is Osirius. - If you translate Zambak's name from Turkish to English you will get Lily. - She believes that the Lords of Gorm and the evil lava Lord shouldn't exist. She believes that they are just useless pathetic worms that hinder Gorm's development. - Zambak sees the Gorm stones more as a curse than an honorific item because once you become a Gorm lord everyone relies on you to be the best hero and save the world, and if you fail you will be judged. People will also start to like and respect you out of nowhere even though those people haven't even met or know you.

- In human AU, Zambak is Turkish. - Vernon, Wisteria, Bluebell, Reed, and Devan don't see her as an ally and more of a distant acquaintance. The only ones she sees as allies are her cousins Lunara, Kellen, Rosera, and Stellar (Nightstrike).
