Bags were under his hollow eyes. He didn't even seem to pick up that there was a person there until he felt their presence against his arm. His hood fell, revealing his messy pale white hair. His ghoul eye seemed to be hidden by the shadow of his hair. Seidou looked the man up and down, mumbling to himself. "No, you're not him..."

"Hrrrrgh," Mutsuki hummed quietly, a sound of frustration as he poured over the case files he'd taken from work. Their latest case seemed to be going nowhere, and he was getting discouraged. He'd agreed to go with Tsukiyama to the small cafe to get a "fresh viewpoint" as the other more elegant man had phrased it. But it didn't seem to be helping. Absentmindedly, he tugged at his tie, gaze fixed upon the page.
