Immer wieder hören wir von sexueller Gewalt und anderen Grenzüberschreitungen durch Gutachter, Ärzte und andere Involvierte in Prozessen nach dem dt. "Transsexuellengesetz".

Die Antragstellenden werden so zusätzlich zu ihrer i.d.R. äußerst schwierigen Lage traumatisiert und stehen damit meistens allein.
