After the first metal festival back after the shutdown it's nice to do something other than EDM vomit lighting boring ass over the top for no reason productions with zero talent. This was a festival to remember.
Another show up at Terry Bison Ranch featuring hippies and party goers as well as lasers and a massive storm. Glad that one's over. It was fun but it was cold!
We did a concert outside SLC last week. It was not very socially distant but it was full of bass.
Things are finally starting to happen for the entertainment industry. Colorado is at least doing okay. We went to Wyoming last weekend for an event with EDM dj Subtronics and a few of his pals. happy to help them out with lighting and video.

Just finished the funest festival I've ever done. Adult Swim festival was a blast! So many unique artists and lots of interactive fun. Top of the list for me.
After spending 20 days in Louisville KY and working 3 completely different festivals I'm glad this run is finally over. Over 70,000 people inside the festival grounds for each of these and it was simply insane. We also revealed an entirely new lighting rig. Every light was IP65 rated which is a wonderful thing to have. For the first time ever I just wish we would have had some rain because it was over 100 degrees every day. I'm so exhausted.
We finished the 2019 metal festival season with a huge show in Sacramento. It was a lot of work and we even had to completely reconfigure our rig during load in but we killed it and made everything flow smooth for every band that came through. We received lots of thanks from the touring techs who each had easier days thanks to the things we set up. As touring techs ourselves, we know what it's like to come into a festival date. It sucks. So, as festival techs we set up all the things any band would need to be available right there and ready to go with no extra work required. Now we can all get back to our personal lives a little... Just a little.
