#eichenwalde map

So I was playing on the Eichenwalde map with my new bestie and I noticed that we didn’t have a healer. So me being me, I stick around in the spawn room to make sure that if the person who didn’t pick yet chose something that wasn’t a healer, I could switch. 

Now this HERO chose Mercy. I was a-MEI-zed (cause y’know I was playing Mei) and starting praising the Mercy on the voice chat. My new bestie gets into it too so the both of us were singing the praises of Mercy as we set up our defenses.

It was stuff like, “Oh Mercy, saviour of us all.” “We salute you.” “Mercy MVP”

And then, the dude puts his mic on and starts off with, “Not to be offensive but...” And that’s when you know that of course it’s going to be offensive. He continues with, “Stop talking.”

I was heartbroken for a whole thirty seconds.
