Where in the world are they getting brother? There’s nothing to imply that. At least there’s a mild sexual innuendo in Chris’s language (“You always come too soon”) to imply someone he’s more intimate with.

Chris seems pretty sexual to me and so far we’ve really only seen that sexuality aimed at men. So, I don’t think it’s off the mark to make that assumption.
