First off, before I dive into the mess that is Carlos’ Mind, I apologize to you, my readers. Today’s post is going to be excruciatingly long and headache-inducing, but it’s by far the best example of the craziness I’ve had to deal with over the last 3 years. And best of all, it’s straight from the “horses mouth”...er...keyboard.

So, as usual, each screenshot, one by one. If you need to use the restroom or get a snack or something to drink, now would be a good time to do so. So, off to the races, shall we?

Yep...according to Carlos, me defending myself is “harassment”. I’m guessing “mane” is “name”, misspelled. But that’s just the thing. I am using my real name, and he knows damned well that I am. He can’t “drag” me into Federal Court, because Federal Court is the wrong venue for the lawsuit he thinks he’s gonna win against me. And the saddest thing of all is, that even if the absurd does happen, and he manages to get a Judge to entertain his stupidity and then even more absurdly, wins against me, he’ll never see a penny from me. Why? Because SSI cannot be garnished, nor am I allowed to own anything of value. But hey, let him spend his wife’s money and try suing me. 

Then he goes off about Copyright Law, and pretty much makes stuff up as he goes. According to CarlosLogic, he’s committed a Copyright violation just by quoting Warren Buffett. Carlos is in for a rude awakening when a Judge finally has to explain to him how Copyright Law actually works. As for Facebook taking down posts I make regarding him...well, yeah...about that. There’s currently exactly such a post on my profile right now, and it’s been there since Feb. 5th...unremoved and unmolested. I’m sure Carlos has reported it repeatedly, but if so, FB has determined that no violation has occurred, and has left it right where I put it.  

As to his completely idiotic claim that I’m somehow hoping to achieve something by forcing him to repeatedly file DMCA claims...lolwha?? How does that even work?? The funny thing is...apparently I have succeeded in getting him to stop posting in the FB Help Forum, at least temporarily...because he’s obviously been waaaayyyy too busy typing out today’s Epic 9 Screenshot Ode To Craziness. And we’re just on screencap #1.

And then he launches into accusing me of somehow hacking into his precious FB account, but only removing one single solitary post. Which can totally be found...in the Help Forum, right where he originally posted it. Apparently, Carlos simply forgot to post a copy of poor Orphaned Answer #421 into his Accurate Answers Group, but instead of acknowledging his simple mistake, his mind naturally defaults to HACKERS!!!!!11!!!ONE!!!ELEVENTY!!!1. That’s Paranoia Example Uno. There’s more...

Ok, so he goes on a bit more with his “I been HAXOR’D!!” paranoia fit, and then again makes it crystal clear that he equates me as one of “the” hackers who are always after him. I don’t need to destroy his reputation...he’s fully adept at doing that himself...which is why I’m extremely careful to show his actual words...so there is absolutely no room for him to claim that I’ve somehow “misquoted” him, or taken something “out of context”.  Again, I need to point out that what Carlos is blathering on about here is that he is under the mistaken belief that he can charge a “membership fee” to people who want to join his Groups, NOT that he’s asking about allowing his Group members to sell stuff amongst themselves...which the FB employee who answered his question thought he meant. FB is currently deactivating Groups and the Profiles associated with creating said Groups, that do charge “membership fees” to join them. Just because Carlos’ Group has so far skirted the crack down, doesn’t mean that FB approves of him charging.

7 years? His previous Profile (which is now a Page of his), was created in late 2010. Uhm...unless Carlos has converted to that new-fangled Common Core Math that his kids are probably learning in school now, 2015 minus 2010 is in no way 7, and since it’s only April, that means he’s had a maximum of 4 and a half years on Facebook. Unless he had a previous account that also got banned, and he’s just now remembering it, having failed to bring it up the entire time he was bragging about his “Facebook Know-how” before?

He goes on and on about how “great” the new Group marketplace app is gonna be. Well, I’ll be honest here...I haven’t had a chance to see it yet, so I can only guess...but I’m not getting a warm-n-fuzzy feeling here. I’m envisioning something along the lines of Craigslist-meets-eBay, and that’s not a good thing. I see way too much potential for this to go horribly wrong very quickly, in many, many ways...and no hackers involved.

Also, for the record: I am not, nor have I ever been, a “hacker”...or to use the proper term, a “cracker”. 

On to #3...

Wait a minute...in screencap #2, Carlos heavily insinuates that I know nothing about Copyright Law, but then contradicts himself in claiming that I do know a bit about Copyright Law. He can’t have it both ways...

And no...I’m calling Carlos a bully, because he is one. Funny he should mention HuffPo, since he’s had 3 (that I’m aware of) accounts BANNED for being...wait for it...a bully. He tells some way-out-there tales about the “truth” of why he keeps getting banned there (one includes some conspiracy theory nonsense about him “getting too close” to some Huffington Post secret, so that’s why the site banned him that time), never once taking personal responsibility for his ugly, boorish behavior. So yeah, if it walks like an ass, brays like an ass and smells like an ass, it’s an ass.

As to some review on his then-FOSBO International Page (which he changed to “Search4″ in the last couple of days...and the reason is typical laughable CarlosLogic...but a story for another time...I have no idea who posted what, or why. I was always more concerned with the “Shame Game” photo albums he kept there (and I’m fairly certain he still keeps, but are “hidden” now). As to his claim that hackers decided to go after him rather than Facebook itself...because Carlos has always been FB’s Biggest Critic...yet also claims to be their Biggest Cheerleader (bi-polar much there, Carlos?)...but it’s all ok because he totally doesn’t care about his reputation...but he totally does...got a headache yet? 

And then he claims that people threatened his life. Yeah, I’d really like to see proof of that. I have proof that Carlos not only told me to “go play with myself” and then explicitly explained that he very much meant in a sexual way, on the Help Forum, but that he also advocated domestic abuse against me. Now, it might be possible that Carlos has pissed off someone who has threatened him...he does tend to piss off a lot of people...but it certainly wasn’t me

I’m guessing that his “retirement” in late 2013 most likely had something to do with his wife putting her foot down and demanding that the man peel himself off his keyboard and spend some quality time with his family for the Holidays. It was only a few short months later (some time in early March 2014) that Carlos was admitted to a mental health hospital. (He can blame his sisters for letting that one slip. And speaking of sisters...more on that a bit later). His forced “vacation” was the real reason he was away from his precious Facebook.

Now to #4

He brags about how he got Facebook to do something. This is a real common theme with Carlos. And then he wrongly claims that people can’t post links to off-Facebook sites. That’s not entirely true. What FB has done is added a “spam filter” that prevents a person from posting the same link over and over again (sometimes) and also prevents some domains from being posted (again, only sometimes). And then he completely gets it wrong on what Congress and the EU are after Facebook about, which is the use of user data for advertising. It has absolutely nothing at all to do with Help Forum “hackers” and whatever phishing sites someone might be posting links to (which, I have no doubt actually does happen on the HF...it happens virtually everywhere online, so...yeah...it’s a good bet that with the number of users FB has, a few of them have figured out how to scam people). 

And again with the “harckers” and how they’ve targeted Carlos personally. Carlos is actually right in that there is nothing wrong with selling goods or services within a group, but since Groups are still governed by the ToS for Profiles (Pages have their own separate ToS rules), charging a membership fee to said Group is in fact against FB’s ToS. But, he’s completely missing the true danger in this sort of selling app (think Craigslist and eBay scams). 

Carlos sure does talk a lot about Facebook’s stock...and he wavers back and forth between praising and slamming Facebook. This, from a man who doesn’t even own any FB stock. As for his “Seven Years” claim...again with that fuzzy math. Fall of 2010 to Spring of 2015 is a hair over 4.5 years. And then...the CAPSLOCKITIS. Not even sure what he’s protesting about here. He’s welcome to use the app to his hearts content, but I’m guessing it’s just not going to work the way he thinks it’s going to. But, we’ll all just have to wait and see how Facebook’s latest brainfart pans out.

I blogged about poor Brad Adams in yesterday’s post. Carlos is absolutely convinced that, due to some (very) vague similarities, this man’s photos are all digitally manipulated images of Carlos (if you checked Brad’s photo album, you’d know that’s one hell of a lot of photos!). But wait! Carlos then goes on to claim that his profile picture can’t be “stolen” in the first place, because he uses a QR code!! So...which is it? If we take Carlos’ accusation at face value, he’s claiming that Brad stole and manipulated the unstealable. 

A quick note on the use of QR codes as profile images: While Carlos is apparently using his for innocent purposes, I’ve run across several other people using them, and when you click on them, they send you to their own websites, where they’re invariably selling something. Oh, and a couple of them completely bypassed the “you are leaving Facebook” warning. So, yeah...not a fan of the QR code because of the huge potential for abuse there. Strange that Mr. HACKERS!! AND SCAMMERS!! hasn’t figured out that glaring vulnerability yet.

And just exactly how does Carlos figure out that someone doesn’t have the DoubleDutchSuperDooperUberFactor security settings activated on their account? Does he flat out ask them? If so, they’re pretty dumb if they tell him. Other than that, there is virtually no way, short of actually hacking his friends accounts himself, that he could ever know that.

Ok...he is pretty creative, I’ll give him that. He’s come up with a lot of fiction over the last few years. But his understanding of the Law? Yeah...about that...I’ll get to that in a bit, I promise. As for Brad’s alleged “composite” photo...again, Carlos is blowing smoke, and he knows it.

I’m not going to post Brad’s image here, but I did link to his profile yesterday, so you can judge for yourself. Poor Carlos seems to be unable to fathom that the world is full of people with similar facial features. I’m betting that Brad removed the images in question to stop being harassed by Carlos...he probably figured that that would be the end of it. 

Yeah...sure. ISIS could do that. So, why haven’t they...or pretty much any other organized crime group done so? The fact that it isn’t widely done should be a clue that it’s not as easy as Carlos breathlessly claims. And then he demonstrates his lack of understanding on World Politics in general. Dealing with all of his misconceptions would turn this into a true novel, so it’ll have to wait for another day.

As to that letter...I addressed that yesterday. It’s Carlos’ “Dear Frederico” letter. I explained in detail there why Carlos is so, so very wrong, yet again.

So, did Carlos just refer to me as the Queen...as in, he used a pawn to take down the Queen? I love how he assumes I don’t play chess. I just refuse to play with him, either literally or figuratively. As to his brag about some stupid review...I’ve already explained that I couldn’t care less about reviews on his so-called Business Page. And yeah, I’ve seen his latest Get Rich Quick Scheme. It’s a laugh. And Mr. Adams? The same Mr. Adams that is Brad Adams, Former Carlos Friend?? 

So, Carlos does admit that he got sanctioned after all...but of course, he has to put a “I meant it the whole time...it was part of my Master Plan!!” disclaimer to it. Did I just hear Evil Villain Laughter in the background?

Again with Poor Missing Answer 241. I already explained that Carlos simply forgot to post it to his Accurate Answers Group after posting it in the Help Forum first. I’d guess that if someone took all that trouble to hack in to his account...the one he constantly claims is UNhackable, except for when something goes missing due to Carlos Error...it’d be a safe bet that he’d have to contact FB to get it back. Speaking of...if he’s so damned sure he posted it, FB should have a record of it, right? 

I’m pretty sure he just accused me of either reporting his stupid Answer 421 (I didn’t), and possibly of also hacking into his account. And yeah...he was very much banned by FB from posting in the Help Forum from his original account that is now his Page. 

Wait...if he was never banned, then why did he have to “appeal” anything? Again, Carlos is trying to have it both ways. And funny how he refers people to Judie, a former friend of his who he had a falling out with soon after he returned in his brand-shiny new Profile-that-used-to-be-his-Page. And speaking of that switch...he’s also given a completely different, but no less convoluted, explanation as to why he pulled the ol’ Switcharoo. 

And how does he even know I blogged about it, if he never reads my stuff???

Brag, brag, brag. And how does he know I don’t know about the Report App for Groups? I have several Groups that I Admin. And again, I did not report his stupid Answer 421. It’s most likely that he never got around to posting it in his Group; however, it’s also a possibility that because he disparaged a Facebook Team Member, and they...being human...took exception to the Call Out and literally nuked the post. But that still wouldn’t wipe Carlos’ hard drive. Hell, even hacking into Carlos’ account couldn’t do that. So yeah, the probable explanation is simple Operator Error. It happens to everyone at some time or another.

Now he’s just being rude. And how does he know that one of my Groups doesn’t already have the new App? I don’t...as I’ve already explained...but how does he know that, short of him being telepath- Oh, wait...he does talk to aliens telepathically, so maybe that’s exactly what he’s implying here. 

Propaganda...Machinery...? Oh, wait...back to the whole ISIS Is Gonna Scam The Entire US claim? Again, until this new-fangled App actually becomes more than just a promise, there’s absolutely no way to judge how it might or might not be used. All we have at this point is pure speculation.

Now for the promised Legal Sidebar. Here, he’s talking about how he sued his sister for taking out a loan against property he claimed to co-own with her without his permission. NOW he’s claiming HACKERS!!...as in me specifically...took out that loan? No, according to his sister, he never shared custody of that property with her, so she was free to take whatever loan against it she damned well pleased...and she did so. Also, the loan was never “recalled”. What this is really about is that Carlos attempted to sell said property (he even bragged numerous times about using the proceeds of the sale of “his” co-op to finance his lawsuit against me) and discovered that not only was the property currently encumbered by a loan, he had no legal right to the property at all. 

Carlos “helpfully” links us to a Google Search of the case, but in doing so clearly and unequivocally proves his Law Ineptitude beyond any shadow of doubt. I’ve taken the liberty of linking you to the first search result, but in the interest of saving time, here’s the screenshot of the Case Disposition overview:

Notice that phrase, “DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE”:

Yeah. Carlos’ Big Case against his sister, and everyone else, including Chase, got tossed out, and not only that, he can never, ever file it again, anywhere. Ever. Chase didn’t have to pay him a dime. They didn’t have to recall any loan, or remove any lien because...the case got DISMISSED. If you’re the sort who’s into reading long legal documents, you can actually view the entire ruling, and it’s pretty clear by the terse wording the Judge uses that District Judge Jean C. Hamilton was absolutely not amused at the colossal waste of Court time Carlos inflicted on everyone. 

And now, finally...#9

As I proved, using his own “evidence” no less, Carlos has a very, very long way to go if he intends on being even a backwater traffic violation lawyer, let alone a “Top Corporate” anything. Again, the phrase “hoisted by his own petard” seems entirely fitting here. And what in the world does his dream of Lawyering have to do with hackers on Facebook? In CarlosLand, everything leads back to HACKERS!! But wait! I thought he’s planning on becoming the Bestest Business Entrepreneur EVAR!!, using the new Facebook Group Market App. Or was he pushing to become the worlds richest author because he’s gonna bypass the entire publishing industry and sell his book exclusively via Facebook Groups...a plan in which he completely fails to grasp that when someone buys a book...even a digital “e-Book”, they want to be able to download it to a reader or other device and actually “own” the content...not be held hostage to only being able to read what they’ve paid for through someone’s “Group” (not to mention the other copyright pitfalls I’ve mentioned in previous posts). 

Again, he claims to not read my stuff, which he’s yet again demonstrated that he does in fact read...and then tosses out my Autism like it’s some horrible STD or something. Autism is not a sin. It is not an “affliction”, and Carlos’ repeated insistence in treating Autism like that clearly proves his bigotry. 

And why is he slobbering over the value of stock he doesn’t even own (by his own admission)? Truth be told, this market app is Facebook’s last desperate grab to keep the Social Media crown. Teenagers (their leading demographic) are bailing out at increasing numbers and have been for a couple of years now. It’s the reason Facebook buys out the social media sites teenagers do flock to, in a pathetic attempt to keep control of the teen market. It’s not working, though. As teenagers discover the buy-outs, they move on to other sites. 

He's dragged out his tired "hook" to try yet again to bait me into a Facebook Showdown. The poor guy really does need fresher material, but since I refuse to play ball in "his court", he's stuck with his tired, outdated material.

He'd been doing so well over the weekend...not a peep about me since Thursday...but that's about as long as he can stay away from his Favorite Obsession: me. 

About 14 hours ago, he again called attention to his silly "Wheels on the Bus" rant against me that he originally posted in the FB Help Forum about a month ago:

I've already addressed his diatribe point-by-point in this post back on Feb. 9th, so no need to post it all again. I only post this here today to further establish Carlos' sick need to keep trying to drag me back into some stupid Facebook Showdown that has somehow become the core reason for his entire existence.

And to further illustrate just how unhinged this guy is, and just how easily he locks into assuming things with little or no actual information:

Ok...I'm willing to say that maybe he's actually right about his speculations regarding the FB Group Apps and his being invited to test the new stuff...whatever it all turns out to be. But...I sincerely doubt that Facebook is going to allow Groups to make money off their back...at least, not for free. FB is most certainly going to want a "cut of the action" if they do start allowing people to charge memberships or even sell directly from Facebook. 

Again, Carlos totally willfully misrepresented his question about charging a Membership Fee to join his Group. The person who answered him clearly understood the question to be whether or not people in a Group could "network" and offer items or services to each other from within the Group. This is a completely different thing than actually charging a person to even join the Group in the first place. Remember that, until Facebook creates specific Terms of Service for Groups, they continue to fall under the User Profile ToS, not the ToS for Pages (which have a specific and different set of Terms than actual Profiles). 

And then, his "revolutionary" new publishing idea that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he really and truly has no clue what copyright laws actually mean beyond his own silly photos. If this idea was even remotely viable, people would have already been doing it for years. Let me give an example of why this will not work:

A few years ago, I wrote a series of "vignettes" arranged to tell a larger story. I posted them on a forum board that I created and Admin. When I began "shopping" my work to publishers, I got generally positive feedback from them, except they regretted that they would not be able to publish it. Why? Because in doing a standard Google search, they found that my collection of little stories and clips had already been "published", so to speak. Even if I were to delete them right then and there, they'd remain cached and archived for over 18 months from the date of deletion...sometimes even longer.
