“What did you do to the eggs?!” You say in between laughter.
Dark quirks a brow at you as he comes to stand next to you by the stove. “What do you mean?”
“What do I -?! Just look at them!” You point to the atrocity on the pan, prompting Dark to peer over them.
The eggs are perfectly cracked and spread out in the pan. But the eggshells are crumbled and scattered over the top of them.
Dark looks at you with a quizzical look. “Is this not how you cook them?”
You blink at him in silence. “Have you ever cooked before?”
Dark shakes his head. “No. Eating is merely a leisure activity for me.”
You burst into another fit of giggles as you grab the pan and move it over to the sink. “You don’t cook the eggshell. You only cook the egg.”
“Oh.” He simply sulks, disappointed in himself. “I’m sorry.”
Flipping the faucet on, you turn towards Dark, taking long strides towards him and circling your arms around his neck. “It’s fine. It’s the thought that counts.”
Dark hums. “I suppose so. Happy Valentines Day (Y/n).”
You press your lips to his. “Happy Valentines Day Dark.”
